The one-liter bottle copies an antique Berkshire Bitter Pig decanter. Yes, it pours from the pig's rear.

Toasted cinnamon, baked vanilla and a little cedar open the nose. Bright black pepper comes next, then nutmeg, lemon zest and leather. The finish is medium in length, with a light tannin that fades gently.
