W.L. Weller Antique 107 is an excellent wheated bourbon with a bold yet balanced flavor. Wheat replaces rye in the grain recipe, which keeps it soft and sweet. It has all the familiar traits of classic Weller bourbon. The higher 107 proof adds a spicier kick. This Kentucky straight bourbon is made at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort. The nose is full of caramel, vanilla, oak and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and clings to your mouth. Expect caramel, sweet fruit, oak and a cinnamon finish.
