Tullamore D.E.W. Honey blends the brand's classic Irish whiskey with natural honey. The whiskey is the Tullamore triple blend of single malt, single pot still and single grain. The honey comes from the forests of Bohemia in the Czech Republic. Spruce trees there give it a richer taste. At 35% alcohol, it is lighter than most whiskeys.

Lift the glass and you'll find gentle spice woven through natural sweet notes. The texture is silky, with honey up front and vanilla underneath. The finish is sweet and warm, where the whiskey and honey meet.

It has done well with judges, too. It won gold at the Global Liqueur Masters and the Global Irish Whiskey Masters in 2022. The World Liqueur Awards named it Best Irish Honey that same year. It also took bronze at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2022.

Tullamore suggests keeping things simple, so pour it over ice. It is also nice neat, a little chilled. Try it next to a cheese board, apple pie or a plate of salted nuts.
