Torres Alta Luz is a cristalino brandy from Torres in Barcelona, Spain. Torres calls it the city's first crystalline brandy.

It is made entirely from grapes and double distilled in pot stills. The brandy then matures in French oak casks. A mineral filtration then removes the wood color but keeps the flavor.

It is fully clear. The nose is sweet and fruity, with herbal and citrus notes over soft honey and vanilla. The palate is smooth and silky, with gently sweet fruit. The finish is clean and aromatic.

Torres suggests you serve it chilled or over ice. Try it with Manchego or roasted almonds.
