While Chardonnay is the main grape, small amounts of aromatic white varieties such as Viognier, Roussanne, or Gewürztraminer are often blended in, depending on the vintage.Full-bodied and opulent, this wine appeals to those who enjoy a lush, creamy style over a crisp one. The aroma bursts with inviting notes of vanilla, pineapple, and apple pie, while the palate delivers flavors of baked apple, crème brûlée, toasted oak, and tropical fruit. Aged in French oak and often stirred on its lees, it achieves a velvety texture with buttery and toasty undertones.
