The Balvenie PortWood 21 is a Speyside single malt with real depth. It spends 21 years maturing in traditional oak casks. Then it moves into port casks that once held fine port wine. That last stage adds ripe fruit and a gentle sweetness. Balvenie first released this whisky in 1996, and fans have stayed loyal ever since.
