These agaves are then slowly steam-cooked in traditional masonry ovens to enhance their rich flavors. What makes our Añejo truly exceptional is its meticulous aging process. A masterfully balanced blend of tequila is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a distinct color, aroma, and flavor.
