Description

Romulan Ale Rye is an officially licensed whiskey from Star Trek Spirits. Wines That Rock created it with the show's archivists and prop masters. The numbered bottle copies the famous Romulan Ale prop.

Inside is a rye made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley. A second vacuum distillation keeps it smooth at a high bottle proof. It then ages over two years in newly charred white oak, just across the Ohio River from Kentucky.

You'll notice rye grain on the nose and the first sip. Sweet vanilla creaminess follows. The finish is peppery, softened by dried fig, raisin and cherry.

Sip it neat, on the rocks or in a simple rye cocktail. Trek fans will love it.
