The gin has a strong structure, spice, and a rich taste. St. George Dry Rye Gin has twice the amount of juniper than any other St George Gin. St. George Dry Rye Gin is distilled in 1,500-liter copper pot stills that are used to make Terroir and Botanivore Gins. The distillery where St. George Spirits is one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States. Each gin has delicate botanicals that are crafted to give a layered experience. St. George also makes a limited-release, barrel-aged version called Dry Rye Reposado Gin. The gin rests in French & American oak wine casks. The flavor is rich and deep.

This gin has six botanical ingredients in the gin: juniper berries, black peppercorn, caraway, coriander, grapefruit peel, lime peel, and a juniper flavor. St. George Dry Rye Gin has a rich taste, structure, and an impeccable rich taste. The taste is warm and spicy, it has a natural flavor of bitters, citrus, stone fruit, and ginger. St. George Dry Rye Gin has 90 Proof and has 45% ABV.
