This gin is a true example of London’s classic gin-making tradition. Sipsmith was founded in 2009 and distills in Chiswick, West London. It makes its gin in small batches on copper pot stills. The first still is named Prudence. Ten botanicals go into each batch. The result is bold and full of character.

You’ll notice juniper taking the lead, with a crisp, piney taste. Bright lemon and orange follow and lift the palate. Coriander and angelica root add depth. Warm spice like cassia and cinnamon rounds it out. It all comes together in a balanced, layered flavor.
