The founders of Siempre Tequila, Alex Lacroix and Monica Sanita, took their life savings in order to start their tequila-making journey. Inspired by Co-founder Monica’s grandmother, the two decided to follow in her footsteps. After years of development and winning awards, they have continued to make their way into the world market. Each tequila is bottled with a beautifully illustrated label of flowers, both alive and dead, to represent “the beauty born from struggle.” Siempre begins crafting each tequila by first cooking their agave in a stone clay oven and crushes the agave with a traditional stone-roller mill. The tequila then ferments in stainless steel before a double distillation in copper pot stills. Siempre Blanco is a complex and mild tequila. The aromas reflect flavors of cooked melon, roasted peppers and hints of nuttiness. The palate is smooth and reflects notes of vanilla, and other tropical fruits such as papaya and banana, with hints of spice. Smooth and flavorful, this blanco is perfect for crafting an array of cocktails such as margaritas, palomas or Mexican mules.
