Description

Scorpion Real Reposado Mezcal comes from Oaxaca, Mexico, and is made from 100% espadin agave under maestro mezcalero Douglas French. It is double distilled, then rested in French oak barrels for several months before bottling at 40% ABV. True to the brand, each bottle holds a real scorpion. Expect a golden pour with lanolin and honey on the nose. The soft palate mixes honey and caramel with green herbs, flax, salt and mild spice, then dries out to honey and oak.
