Description

Hornitos Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila made in Jalisco, Mexico. It rests for at least two months in large oak vats. That short rest keeps the agave bright while the wood adds a gentle touch. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

You will notice cooked agave first, joined by crisp apple and fresh herbs. On the palate the agave nectar comes through clearly, with a light woody edge. It is medium-bodied and finishes warm and a little dry.

Hornitos has been rated 89 points by Wine Enthusiast, which is a nice nod for an everyday bottle.

This is a friendly tequila for mixing. Shake it into a Margarita, top it with grapefruit soda for a Paloma, or build a Tequila Sunrise. You can also find a favorite cocktail ready to pour. Sipping it neat or over ice works well too.
