The wine demonstrates a wonderful, brilliant yellow shading with a delightful iridescence and a fine and determined mousse. The nose is perfect and extraordinary with warm, rich notes of brioche, French toast and cooked almonds. On the sense of taste the wine is extremely supple and symphonious, with notes of nectar and minerals on the since quite a while ago, managed wrap up. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is created from a mix of 100% premiers crus Chardonnay grapes from the best of late vintages. Grapes from the domain vineyards in Sillery and Brimont (genealogical home of the Ruinart family) are joined via precisely chose grapes from different premiers crus vineyards in the Côte de Blancs and the Montagne de Reims
