This premium red wine from Napa Valley, California, reflects the region’s world-class winemaking heritage. Crafted mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it blends about 80–90% Cabernet Sauvignon with small portions of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec to create extra depth and character.
The grapes are sourced from some of Napa’s finest areas, including the winery’s own vineyards in Oakville and Stags Leap District, as well as trusted local growers. Oakville’s deep, well-drained soils give the wine its dark color, smooth texture, and fine tannins. Aged for around 18 months in French oak barrels—20–30% of which are new each year—the wine develops complex aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, cassis, vanilla, and cedar, with subtle hints of spice and mocha.
On the palate, it’s rich and full-bodied, offering layers of dark fruit, chocolate, and gentle herbal notes balanced by smooth tannins and lively acidity. This makes it a perfect match for hearty dishes such as steak, short ribs, venison, or grilled lamb. Available in 750ml and select large formats, it’s enjoyable now yet ages beautifully for years.
