Tequila Región de México produces handcrafted tequila made from 100%
blue Weber agave. We carefully select the healthiest agave plants from our
orchards, allowing them to mature for 6 to 8 years. Our agaves are slow-
cooked in volcanic stone ovens, which enhances their flavor. A hallmark of
our tequila is our unique fermentation process; we are among the few
distillers that refrain from using chemicals to expedite fermentation, opting
instead for kosher-certified Azteca yeast.
EL CANTARITO
Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Ice
3. 1.5 oz Region de Mexico Blanco
4. 1 oz of each, lime, orange, and grapefruit juices
5. 2 oz of grapefruit soda
Prepare a glass rimmed with salt and then fill it with ice. In a shaker add
tequila and juices, then shake well. Strain and pour in a glass with and
top with grapefruit soda and stir with a spoon. Garnish with a slice of
grapefruit.
