Redbreast 18 Year Old is a rich, full-bodied Irish whiskey that’s spent 18 years maturing in a mix of ex-bourbon, oloroso and cream sherry, and ruby port casks. You’ll notice aromas of blackcurrants, raspberries, and sugar-glazed cherries, layered with hints of dried fig, toasted almonds, hazelnut chocolate, cinnamon, oak, and leather.

On the palate, it’s smooth and rounded, carrying sun-ripened grapes, autumn fruits, ginger, and liquorice, all warmed by the gentle influence of the wine barrels.
