Ornellaia Solare is a unique vintage that represents the exceptional characteristics of the Ornellaia Estate. A cuvee that includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot is used to create this wine. A particularly warm growing period created an intensely dark colored wine, with aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla, and a hint of tobacco. The palate is wonderfully balanced, with exciting freshness and pleasing firmness.
