Ole Smoky first made its name as Tennessee’s first legal moonshine company. In 2016 it launched a whiskey line after merging with a family-owned Tennessee whiskey business. That deal also brought in the Davy Crockett whiskey brand. The Barrelhouse in Gatlinburg became the home for these whiskeys, and you can visit to see how they are made.
