Juniper leads, with organic lemon zest, coriander, and elderflower. Peppery grains of paradise add warmth. Rock samphire, a coastal plant, brings a hint of sea air. The result is crisp and fresh, with bright citrus, gentle spice, and a clean finish.

Its balanced taste makes it easy to mix. Try it in a classic gin and tonic with a twist of lemon. It also works well in a spritz or a dry martini.
