Still following the specialty formula created by Girolamo Luxardo in 1821, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur is a unique distillation that showcases the beautiful flavors of Marasca Cherries. Marasca Cherries were first cultivated by the Luxardo Family in the Veneto region of Italy, and features a sour taste alongside brighter cherry notes. Taking four years to produce, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur is straw-plaited by hand. Smooth and sharp, this liqueur contains rounded flavor notes of rosewater and cherries. Enjoy this liqueur in classic cocktails or as an after-dinner drink. Awarded the Gold Medal in the 2019 International Spirits Challenge.
