Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye is a Kentucky Blended Straight Whiskey, and the brand’s first blend. It mixes 9-year-old Knob Creek bourbon with 7-year-old Knob Creek rye. Reviewers report the split as about 30% bourbon and 70% rye. Master Distiller Freddie Noe built the blend with his father. It first came out in July 2024 as a limited release and returned in 2025.

It is bottled at 113 proof, so there is plenty of flavor packed in. In the glass it shows golden brown with copper glints. You’ll smell sweet maple and vanilla, with a nutty edge and baking spice.
