Junipero Gin has launched 20 years ago in Portrero Hill, San Francisco. In 1998, Junipero Gin is one of the finest crafted gins to hit the market. Fritz Maytag opened up the distillery in 1993. It became one of the first to make American whiskey. There are several botanicals are angelica, aniseed, cardamom, cassia, coriander, cubeb, grains of paradise, lemon, orange, and orris root. Junipero Gin has a great scent of juniper, citrus, cassia, and grains of paradise. This gin has about 49.3% ABV and is close to 99 Proof. It has a sweet texture from blending anise, licorice, and stevia.
