Description

This Cristalino tequila offers the best of both worlds because it is aged yet carefully filtered to remove its color, giving it a crystal-clear look. It is crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, which shows its high quality and authentic character. The tequila is a blend of three aged expressions—Tradicional Reposado, Tradicional Añejo, and a touch of Reserva De La Familia® Extra Añejo—so it carries depth and complexity.

These tequilas are matured in new American oak barrels, along with French and American oak, which adds layers of flavor. Although it goes through a special final filtration using activated charcoal to remove color, it still keeps the rich taste of an aged tequila. It is typically bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a standard 750ml bottle.

The flavor is clean and smooth, with notes of cooked agave, tropical fruits, and a hint of oak, while the palate brings soft touches of vanilla, caramel, roasted agave, quince, and gentle spice. The finish is long, refined, and exceptionally smooth. Made by Jose Cuervo at La Rojeña, the oldest working distillery in Latin America, it blends aged depth with Blanco-like freshness, making it ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in premium cocktails.
