This Irish whiskey blends pot still and grain whiskey at Midleton Distillery. It is bottled at 43% without chill filtration.

Floral notes, fresh herbs, barley sugar, grapefruit and marzipan fill the nose. The palate adds cinnamon, licorice, mandarin and almond.

The finish is light and zesty. Sip it neat or with a drop of water.
