Jameson Cooper's Croze (750Ml)

Description

Jameson Cooper's Croze Irish Whiskey honors the cooper's craft. It was created by Ger Buckley, the fifth-generation Head Cooper at Midleton Distillery. It was the first of three whiskeys in the Whiskey Makers Series.

This whiskey matures in virgin American oak, bourbon barrels and Iberian sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% without chill filtration.

A soft, flowery perfume greets you first, then rich ripe fruit. The first sip brings sweet vanilla from the bourbon barrels. Sherry fruit and pot still spice follow. The finish is long, with vanilla slowly fading into barley and a touch of oak char.

Enjoy it neat or over one large ice cube, with roasted nuts or aged cheddar.
