The name Hinch itself is derived from the Gaelic word “Ballynahinch” meaning “town of the island”. Situated in the rolling green hills of County Down, Hinch distillery carries on the rich history of the former seven Irish whiskey distilleries from 18th to the early 20th century. With extraordinary and highly creative ambitions, Hinch aims to craft bold, smooth, and distinctively characterized whiskies while carrying on the tradition. Hinch Single Pot Still is aged in Bourbon casks with sherry butts for a uniquely balanced harmony of flavor. This light brown Irish Whiskey is inviting, with aromas of biscuit, citrus zest and a light herbaceousness.
