Description

This Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from 100% malted barley at a single distillery. It comes from the Orkney Islands, off Scotland's far north coast. Highland Park is one of the most northerly distilleries in Scotland. Every drop has aged for at least 12 years to build depth and smoothness. Most of the whisky matures in sherry-seasoned casks made from European and American oak. These barrels were seasoned with sherry wine, and they add rich flavor.

Gentle peat smoke gives the whisky a soft, balanced smokiness. It works well with the sweet and spicy notes. On the nose, you'll find heather honey, orange peel and a light wisp of smoke. The palate brings honey and bright citrus, with a warm, rounded feel. The finish shows spicy oak and a gentle trail of smoke.

Known as “Viking Honour,” this whisky celebrates the distillery’s Norse roots. It is bottled at 40% ABV and has a golden amber color. Highland Park is one of Scotland’s best-known distilleries. Its 12 Year Old remains a favorite among whisky lovers worldwide.
