Description

High West Bourye Limited Sighting is a yearly release from High West in Park City, Utah. It blends straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys. Every whiskey in the blend is at least 10 years old.

There is no chill filtration and no added flavor. Recent releases show stone fruit, candied orange and caramel. Ginger and baking spice follow. The finish is long, with fruit and a slow build of rye spice.

The proof changes with each release. The 2025 bottling came in at 92 proof, and the 2026 bottling at 101 proof.

Sip it neat or with a little water. High West does not recommend ice. Pair it with grilled steak or dark chocolate.
