Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled‑in‑Bond is a straight bourbon aged 7 years (surprise) and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). This is the bottle that made Heaven Hill what it is today - and it still meets the exacting standards first outlined in the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Enduring legacy and craftsmanship in a bottle? What’s not to love? 

New charred American oak barrels make it smooth, warm, and sweet - and just a subtle rye spice in the end to round it out. Caramel and honey also dance around oakiness. The finish is long and lingering. The aroma is just warm all around. Like vanilla, honey, and caramel. Basically, it is robust and approachable. A great combination for bourbon lovers.

In 2024, it received a Double Gold from the International Spirits Challenge and a Double Platinum at the ASCOT Awards. In 2023, the Bartender Spirits Awards dubbed it the “World Whisky of the Year”. While awards alone don’t make or break a bottle, it sure does convince us that it’s worth a shot! Pun totally intended there.
