It’s made by HALL Wines, a family-owned winery celebrated for producing top-quality Cabernet and following eco-friendly practices as a Napa Green and LEED Gold Certified estate.

This wine is mostly made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (about 80–95%), blended with a touch of Merlot or Petit Verdot, depending on the vintage. It offers a bold, full-bodied style with rich fruit flavors and a smooth, modern finish. The aroma is filled with black cherry, cassis, dark chocolate, and toasted oak, while the palate reveals blackberry, plum, espresso, and hints of cedar and spice.

Aged for 18–22 months in French oak barrels (about 50–65% new), it develops a long, smooth, and elegant finish with soft, polished tannins. With an alcohol level of around 15%, it has a powerful yet balanced character.

Best enjoyed after 30–60 minutes of decanting, this Cabernet pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, braised short ribs, lamb, or rich mushroom dishes. You can savor it now or cellar it for 8–12 years to enhance its depth and complexity.
