Description

H by Hine VSOP is a young, lively cognac from the house of Hine in Jarnac.

It is a Fine Champagne blend. That means its eaux-de-vie come only from Grande and Petite Champagne. Each one has aged at least four years in oak.

You'll smell jasmine and white flowers, with a little vanilla and apricot. Iris, acacia and a soft spark of white pepper sit behind them. The palate is light and fresh, full of apricot and candied orange. A touch of spice and oak closes it out.

Hine built it for mixing. Try it neat with a dash of cold tonic, or top it with ginger ale over ice. It also makes a bright Sidecar.
