Description

Guillotine Ossetra Caviar Vodka is a luxury French vodka made to go with fine food. It is a joint project between Guillotine and the caviar house Petrossian. The base vodka is made from grapes grown in the Champagne region. Real Ossetra caviar is then infused into it, about 20 grams for every liter. On the nose, you get a gentle briny note and a faint hint of smoke. The palate shows soft, iodized flavors that recall caviar, lifted by fresh citrus. Serve it ice-cold and neat. It is lovely with caviar, smoked fish or other seafood bites.
