The Glenlivet 25-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a true masterpiece crafted with care and tradition at The Glenlivet Distillery in Speyside, Scotland — a region known for its smooth and fruity whiskies. Aged for at least 25 years, this exceptional whisky is part of The Sample Room Collection, which focuses on unique cask experiments and also includes a 21-year-old expression.

It is first matured in traditional oak casks before being finished in two types of special casks. The first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry casks bring deep sweet notes of dark fruit, while the Tronçais Oak Cognac casks add warm spice, toasted oak, and a long elegant finish. Bottled at 43% ABV, it delivers a perfect balance of richness and smoothness.

On the nose it reveals inviting aromas of chocolate ganache, plum jam, Manuka honey, and a hint of fresh lemon zest. The flavor is layered with sweet fig, blood orange, ginger, toasted oak, and charred pineapple, creating a luxurious and complex profile. Relaunched in 2022, this edition replaces the previous 25-Year-Old that was finished mainly in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a silky, rich, and intense whisky that perfectly captures The Glenlivet’s signature smooth character with added sweetness and spice.
