Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish Scotch is a deep, complex whisky that exemplifies the cask-marrying skill of the Glen Moray distillery. The spirit first matures in the distillery's usual American oak casks, then spends a several month finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks carefully selected by the Glen Moray master distiller. Aromas of raisins, cinnamon, and peanut brittle. The palate is spicy and sweet, with vanilla, oak, and dark chocolate flavors.
