Every step of the process—from milling and cooking to distilling, barreling, and aging—happens at the distillery, making it a true “corn-to-cork” bourbon.

This is a Wheated Bourbon made with premium corn, red wheat, and malted barley. The distillery insists on #1 food-grade corn, a detail that speaks to its focus on quality. Bottled at 94 Proof (47% ABV), it delivers a bold, full-bodied taste. The bourbon is aged for at least three years in new American white oak barrels, maturing under the hot Texas sun, which enhances its depth and character.

The aroma offers notes of apple, honey, floral tones, leather, and cinnamon, while the flavor is rich and layered with hints of orange candy, pound cake, sugar cookies, and smoky spice.
