Description

Espolòn Añejo Cristalino is a clear tequila that keeps real barrel flavor. It blends añejo with a touch of extra añejo. A short charcoal filtering removes the color.

It starts with 100% blue Weber agave at Casa San Nicolás in Jalisco. The spirit is double distilled, then aged in charred American oak.

You get caramelized agave, honey and vanilla on the nose. The sip is silky, with caramel and a little pepper. It ends fruity and lightly oaky.

Espolòn lists Gold at the Ascot Awards and the New York International Spirits Competition.

Pour it neat, chilled, or over one big cube. Serve it with grilled shrimp.
