Eagle Rare Bourbon (750Ml)

Description

Another bottle straight from Buffalo Trace Distillery is Eagle Rare Bourbon. It’s been fully aged for no less than ten years in select barrels. There are quite a few bottles under Eagle Rare, but what you have here is one of the finest introductions to the line.

Also called the Eagle Rare 10 Year instead of simply Eagle Rare Bourbon, one can expect complex aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather, and oak (of course). Its most important profile is its flavor - which is bold, dry, and oaky with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering. 

The only bourbon to ever win the double gold medal five times at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Eagle Rare Bourbon never disappoints. Paul Pacult from The Spirit Journal even said this about it: “Easily one of the most tactile yet assertive and expressive bourbons I’ve tasted in the last two years; fasten your seatbelts.”
