Crown Royal Maple opens with warm maple syrup, brown sugar, and toasted pecan. It's like a sophisticated breakfast. Beneath the syrupy top layer, you’ll find vanilla bean, light caramel, and a gentle cereal warmth from the blended whisky base. Mid palate, you get a subtle rye‑derived spice akin to black pepper and nutmeg. What this little kick does is prevent the sweetness from overpowering. Crown Royal Maple Finished has become a fast fan favourite ever since its launch in 2012. Bottles are pretty rare nowadays, so best to get yours if you see one. It is uncertain when Crown Royal will make their maple whisky again, but we can only hope for the best! Keep bottles upright in a cool place and treat them as a rarity.
