Corralejo Triple Destilado Reposado Tequila comes from Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico, and is made from 100% blue Weber agave. Most tequilas are distilled twice, but this one goes through a copper pot still, then a column still, then a copper pot still again before it rests in oak. It is bottled at 40% ABV, part of the Corralejo tequila lineup.

Expect a pale straw color and a nose of vanilla, cooked pear and cracked pepper. The palate is soft and bright, with lime zest, honey and a touch of oak, and it closes on a silky, gentle finish.

Enjoy it neat, on a big cube, or in a Paloma. It is a good fit for anyone who finds some reposado tequila too heavy on oak and wants something cleaner.
