Description

This Blanco (Silver) Tequila is unaged and bottled right after distillation, giving it a pure and fresh taste. It’s made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and comes in a 750mL standard bottle with 40% ABV (80 proof).

Crafted at Hacienda Corralejo in Pénjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico—one of the few distilleries licensed to produce tequila outside Jalisco—it’s created with great care and tradition. The tequila is double-distilled using both a column still and copper pot stills imported from Spain, while the second distillation follows the traditional Charentais method, also used in Cognac, to enhance its smoothness and character.

The agave is slow-cooked in old-style stone and clay ovens, allowing deep, natural flavors to develop. The result is a crystal-clear spirit with a fresh aroma of agave, citrus, herbs, and pepper, along with light hints of mint and honey. Its taste is clean and crisp, featuring notes of lemon, lime, pepper, and a subtle touch of sweetness, while the finish is smooth, refreshing, and slightly spicy.
