Moisans Cognac VSOP is a wonderful blend of Cognacs produced using eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne crus. These two famed terroirs give this Moisans VSOP smooth, delicate texture with a floral character. This Cognac is delicious neat, but lends itself well to cocktails. The nose of this spirit is primarily vanilla and stewed fruit, with hints of caramel. The palate represents the aroma, with flavors of honey, ripe fruit, and light oak.
