The distillery sits in Atotonilco el Alto, and it uses 100% blue Weber agave. The tequila is bottled unaged, so you taste the agave in its purest form. The agave is cooked slowly and crushed without added water. That keeps more of its natural sugar. The juice is then distilled twice.
