Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila (750Ml)

Description

Cabo Wabo Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Mexico. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a roller mill and fermented naturally. The juice is then double distilled. It rests at least two months in American oak barrels before it is bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof.

The brand describes a gold color and a scent of citrus. On the palate you get a bit of fruit and spicy pepper. Cooked agave and gentle baking spice sit underneath. The flavor lingers after each sip, warm and medium in length.

It has done well with judges. At the 2024 TAG Global Spirits Awards it earned Platinum with 95 points. The same panel also named it Best in Show.

Cabo Wabo says this tequila stands up in any drink yet tastes just as good on the rocks. Shake it into a Margarita or a Paloma, or sip it neat. A tequila Old Fashioned shows off the oak. Grilled steak, pork tacos and caramel flan all make good partners.
