Baker's High Rye Single Barrel 7 Year is a limited bourbon from Beam's Baker's line. The rye share is raised to 26%, double the usual 13%. Each bottle comes from one barrel aged at least seven years. It is bottled at 107 proof.

The nose shows charred oak with vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. On the palate, charred oak meets brown sugar sweets and a soft rye spice. The finish is full-bodied, with a hint of baking spice.

Every barrel differs a little, so your bottle is one of a kind.

Sip it neat or in an Old Fashioned, with brisket or pecan pie.
