Angel’s Envy Cask Strength 2025 is the 14th edition of this yearly release. It is the first Angel’s Envy with an age statement. The bourbon spent ten combined years in new American oak and port wine barrels.

It is bottled uncut at 122.6 proof, or 61.3% ABV. Only 24,480 bottles were made.

The nose brings cinnamon toast and fruit nougat over candied nuts. Baklava fades into apricot, crème brûlée and cognac, with a pinch of grains of paradise. The finish ends on rum raisin cake.

Sip it neat, with a few drops of water if you like. Try it with dark chocolate or pecan pie.
