Description

Adictivo Plata is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from the Los Valles region of Jalisco. The agave is cooked slowly in brick ovens. A roller mill then presses out the sweet juice. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and is distilled twice before bottling. The result is a bright, crystal-clear blanco.

The family behind Adictivo Tequila also makes aged expressions. Plata is the purest look at their agave. Nothing hides the raw material, so you taste exactly what the field and the still gave.

Swirl your glass and herbal notes rise first. Cooked agave sits underneath, with a light touch of vanilla sweetness. On the palate it feels soft and warm rather than sharp.
