1800 Añejo is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, picked at its peak in Jalisco, Mexico. The spirit is double-distilled in copper stills. Then it ages for more than a year in new American and French oak barrels. That time in wood gives it a deep amber color.

Bring the glass close and you will catch oaky vanilla first. The sip is nutty, with smooth toffee sweetness. A peppery spice arrives on the finish and keeps it lively.
