This beautiful, light-golden whiskey is made with 100% American non-peated malt barley and is matured in shaved-toasted-recharred or, STR, casks. The nose is spicy and sweet with top notes of caramel and butterscotch, leading into a complex palate with layers of cherry-like sweetness, vanilla bean, nutmeg and clove. The finish is smooth and round on the palate with elegant notes of sweet candied fruits.
