Craftsmanship and Distillation

123 Tequila is made using hand-harvested agaves grown at 4,200 feet above sea level in the mineral-rich red soils of Jalisco’s Tequila Valley. These mature agaves are slow-cooked in stone ovens and then fermented using indigenous yeast. Distillation takes place in small-batch copper pot stills, preserving the plant’s pure character. Unlike many mass-produced tequilas, 123 uses no additives or artificial sweeteners — only time, terroir, and technique shape its flavor.

Aroma & Bouquet

Each expression of 123 Tequila offers distinct aromatic layers. Uno (Blanco) exudes crisp notes of citrus, green pepper, and minerals, making it bright and refreshing.
